Just wanted to share a quick update on a project we recently completed for one of our fantastic clients in Pahrump. We had a great time putting together a stunning patio cover for them, and I thought I’d give you all the details. Here’s what went down:
First, the patio cover we installed measures an impressive 28 feet by 10 feet, offering plenty of space to relax, host a BBQ, or simply enjoy the outdoors without worrying about the sun. We chose an insulated patio cover to help keep the area cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, making it perfect for year-round use.
For the installation, we dug three footings to support the structure, meticulously following the architectural plans to ensure everything is sturdy and up to code. Safety is always our top priority!
The roof panels we used are also insulated, providing extra protection from the elements and enhancing the overall comfort of the patio area. Plus, they look sleek!
We included two fan beams, perfect for mounting ceiling fans, which are essential during those hot Pahrump summers. There’s nothing like a cool breeze while you’re enjoying your patio!
For the finishing touches, we opted for a clean, classic white for the channel, gutter, and roof, giving the setup a fresh and timeless look that complements any home exterior. Additionally, we added a slate side plate, trim, downspout, and beam to enhance the aesthetics and ensure efficient water runoff.
