We recently completed a significant project for a valued client in Pahrump, featuring 744 square feet of lattice top roof and 192 square feet of insulated roof, all in white. The structure, supported by nine footings and attached to the house, includes a 36′ x 5′ lattice patio cover with a 29′ 3″ beam, and two additional lattice patio covers measuring 15′ x 7′ and 41′ x 7′. We also installed a 24′ x 7′ insulated roof patio cover between the lattice covers. This project highlights our expertise and attention to detail, with our client expressing utmost satisfaction with the enhanced outdoor living space.
We recently completed a major project for a valued client in Pahrump, and it has been a tremendous success. The project involved the installation of a total of 744 square feet of lattice top roof and 192 square feet of insulated roof. This combination provides both aesthetic appeal and functional coverage. The entire project is finished in a clean, classic white, which complements any outdoor setting and adds a touch of elegance to the space.
The patio covers are supported by nine footings embedded in concrete across the entire project, ensuring stability and durability. It is securely attached to the house and fascia, with an overall height of approximately 9 feet, providing ample headroom and an open, airy feel.
For the 36′ x 5′ lattice patio cover, we utilized a 29 feet 3 inches x 8 inches beam that spans from east to west. The rafters are oriented north to south, creating a sturdy framework. The installation includes 2 inches x 3 inches lattice tubes spaced 2 inches apart, running from east to west using 19 feet lattice tubes. This design not only offers partial shade but also enhances the visual appeal of the patio.
On the 15′ x 7′ lattice patio cover, we installed the rafters so they are positioned east to west. The lattice tubes, measuring 2 inches x 3 inches and spaced 2 inches apart, run north to south. We employed 23 foot lattice tubes for this section, ensuring consistency in design and function. Lattice patio covers just hit differently in the best way possible.
For the 41′ x 7′ lattice patio cover, it is similar to the smaller lattice patio cover. The rafters are positioned east to west. The 2 inches x 3 inches lattice tubes with 2 inches spacing run north to south. This section utilized 41 foot lattice tubes, providing extensive coverage and a cohesive look. It looks pretty darn slick, if we do say so ourselves!
In addition to the lattice covers, we installed a 24 feet x 7 feet insulated roof patio cover situated between the two lattice patio covers. This insulated section offers a more substantial shelter, ideal for protection against the intense sun and heat that Pahrump is know for all while maintaining a comfortable outdoor environment. This will be an excellent spot to get out from the brutal sun and take relief while reading a book or having a delicious glass of ice cold lemonade.
