A recent project in Pahrump involved the completion of a 12′ x 24′ Alumawood patio cover with insulated roof panels, offering benefits such as year-round temperature control, noise reduction, energy efficiency, and property value enhancement. The installation featured 2 fan beams, essential for supporting the added weight of the patio cover and accommodating ceiling fans. The chosen driftwood color, a warm brown with gray undertones, adds a touch of natural beauty and rustic charm. Standing at roughly 9 feet tall, the patio cover’s height was carefully chosen based on considerations of aesthetics, functionality, air circulation, and shade coverage.
